The Bel- Air Prototyp is the cord between innovative design and nature.

Who doesn’t love to breathe fresh air in the morning?

This Prototype was created in collaboration between the french designer Matthieu Lehanneur and David Edwards.

Based on NASA technologies the two designer created a new form of air filter systems which passes dirty air past absorptive surfaces of plants, thereby improving the capacity of plants to absorb noxious gases and particles, and, in a sense, render plants ‘more intelligent.Bel-Air is conceived for domestic use, a kind of living filter that absorbs and metabolizes noxious chemicals and particles from the air that circulates in our homes.

For the ridiculous amount of Euro 13.500 you’ll breathe fresh, clean, biological air…
